Comapny policies

We make it easy to understand how to get the most out of your work with Dr. Tanner. Please review these policies, which are in addition to the terms of your client agreement.

Contact policies: Your primary contact person for Your IEP Source, LLC is Dr. Brandi Tanner. Dr. Tanner is an advocate for many students; therefore, to provide dedicated assistance and maintain availability to clients, these policies guide appropriate communications with her.

Dr. Tanner is available from 9 am to 5 pm local time, Monday through Friday, prioritizing calls, meetings, and appointments booked in advance. Your package may not include phone calls or follow-up.

Dr. Tanner communicates by email or scheduled phone call.

Please do not leave messages in multiple channels or text or use social media to communicate.

At Your IEP Source, we work with electronic records only. This helps us to ensure that you keep the originals of your child’s records. It is preferable for you to submit each document as a separate PDF.

Email Policies: Please allow up to two business days for a response by email, although Company strives to respond sooner.

Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided.

Time Off Policy: Company is closed on weekends and federal and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off.

Rush Services: To allocate appropriate resources to each client’s matter, we operate on a schedule and advance notice. In the event of a rush service request, we reserve the discretion to impose additional charges.

Billing: Typically, our packages are payable upfront, in full, in advance of the start of services. In the event of recurring billing, we will bill your card on file approximately every 30 days at the amount agreed in your terms of purchase. Please provide thirty days’ notice of cancellation for month-to-month programs.

Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback.

One-on-one Communications:

Sessions will be held by phone or video conference with advance notice.

The session must be scheduled using Dr. Tanner’s scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that her availability will match yours.

If a session is not used within the time frame allotted in the package you have selected, it is forfeited.

If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited.

If you must cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance, or your session will be forfeited.

Confidentiality: Your communications with Dr. Tanner are best kept confidential. For example, when developing strategy or responses, it is best not to forward or share these with the educational institution. That is, we don’t want to “give away” the strategy. Furthermore, the strategy provided to you by Dr. Tanner is unique and proprietary; this information shall not be shared with friends or other families, both because they may not apply to that family’s situation and it is work product which must be paid for.

Meeting Arrangements: Attendance at meetings is not a standalone service. Dr. Tanner may be available to attend school meetings with current clients in consulting packages which allow this add on service, at your request and with additional cost. Meetings are priced separately, and are payable in advance, upfront. Meetings which exceed three hours, will incur additional charges, billed in 15 minutes increments, and invoiced after the meeting. Often, meetings are “continued” to another session; each session constitutes one meeting for purposes of Dr. Tanner’s schedule, and each session will be treated as a meeting for billing purposes.
